A to Z Interiors & Landscaping

Recently Mike completely renovated my bath, removing the tub, toilet, vanity and medicine cabinet. The tub was replaced with a walk-in shower and the other items were replaced with updated fixtures. The result is a beautiful, modern bath. Mike made design suggestions throughout the process and as usual his workmanship was top notch. Will be renovating the kitchen next and will definitely call Mike.
 

Mike asked me if I wouldn't mind writing a review for his website and of course I said I'd be happy to.
It made me think writing this, I have known Mike for 20 years. I had him come in 20 yrs ago when I bought this house and had him change out the locks.

Since then he has remodeled, literally, every room in my house, including the garage and the basement. He even vinyl sided my house and installed new windows.
 
Mike does all my landscaping, in which I receive numerous compliments on every single time I'm outside. Not just people walking by, but folks driving by will make a point of stopping by and just rave about my gardens, flowers, and the hardscape work Mikes done.
Recently, my garbage disposal stopped working. I called Mike and he showed up ten or fifteen minutes later, fixed the problem and never charged me.

Mike is just someone I can count on and being an elderly single woman, that means a lot to me.
I look forward to the next indoor/outdoor project...

I have had 2 new homes built in my life and have worked with a variety of contractors. Mike Roberts of A to Z  is at the top of my list. 

Two years  ago he remodeled my condo.  He installed a new kitchen, entertainment wall in the dining area, crown molding throughout, new bathroom vanity and painted. He was professional, full of great ideas and always said “yes” no matter what I asked. His work was excellent!

He came to my rescue this past Memorial Day Weekend. I had just arrived in Maui. I received messages that the contractor for the owner of the condo above me had slipped and made a hole in my living room ceiling and slipped again into my guest room. I now had two large holes in my beautiful condo. I was stunned! I called Mike and he immediately said not to worry that he’d take care of it and to have fun. I knew I could trust him so I let it go. With holiday plans of his own he put my ceilings back, dry walled,  painted and cleaned my condo spotlessly.  We’ve tried with flashlights to find the repair sites. You can’t.  Mike is both a talented craftsman and nice person. We are so fortunate to have him in our community!

Mike recently remodeled my kitchen.  This work included new cabinetry, plumbing, lighting, countertops, and reconstruction of wall space.  He worked with the countertop company and made sure to be available when it was installed.  He listened carefully to what I wanted, and my limitations, while offering great suggestions when I asked.  Mike is professional, courteous, and easy to have working in your home.  If something unexpected came up, no problem, it was solved.  He kept me informed of the process and status of each step.  I would strongly recommend Mike for any high quality home repair, remodel, or renovation.                                                             -

Mike impressed us with his ability to complete several smaller projects encompassing drywall, painting, and electrical. His rate was fair and his work was timely. Mike was extremely professional and kept the work areas clean. Best of all we were thrilled with the final results.

We have had Mike over to do a total of 14 projects to date. That's correct, 14 projects. The projects ranged from removing an interior wall in our Kitchen to staining the exterior of our house.

Mike installed oak hardwood floors throughout our first floor, installed new windows, changed out light fixtures, even changed out door handles on our entrance doors. I mention that simply because he put a lot of thought into the type of door handle "lever action" vs. a round knob. Thinking about someone older or more "mature" in age and having difficulty with maybe arthritis.

Mike rebuilt our fence around our pool, he even refinished our kitchen cabinets. Making my wife a very happy person.

Lastly, there was a 15th project. Mike does not install garage doors, however, referred us to a great guy. He stayed in contact with the garage door company, and saw the job thru. At no charge I may add...

So you ask, would I refer Mike. Yes, and Yes I have, to several of our neighbors and friends. And happy to do it again.

Mike recently stripped wallpaper and painted two bedrooms for me.  He did a terrific job and it wasn't easy; the wallpaper had been up for over 30 years.  He has done other smaller projects for me and his work is always of the highest quality.  I have recommended him to friends and will definitely call him for any future projects.

Mike is my "go to guy" for all of my home repairs. He knowledgeable about everything from electrical to plumbing to construction. He's responsive and prompt. I've never had a problem with the quality of his work. I highly recommend him!

If something as simple as a new bathroom floor can make you happy, you can identify with our happiness.  Michael put down a beautiful slate looking floor for us.  I love looking at it, walking on it, and even cleaning it.  He did it in a few hours, cleaned up after himself, and even vacuumed the hallway.  Great job Mike!!

We've had some extensive experience with contractors within the last 18 months. We bought a house that had been neglected in some areas, we were new to the area, and many times did not know who to call. Unfortunately, this sometimes meant we were disappointed in the contractors.
